THE STORE IS YOUR ORDER FORM
You sign in to the online store on behalf of your customer and order in their name. Same interface, same cart, same checkout your customer uses. The prices and volume tiers on file apply automatically, so you don't need to keep terms in your head or look anything up.
No backend. No training. No access someone has to set up for you first.
AT THE CUSTOMER'S SITE
On the construction site, in the warehouse, in the office: you place the order together with your customer, on a tablet or a phone. They see exactly the view they would use themselves.
That saves you work in the medium term. A customer you have shown once how to reorder their standard items will not call you about twenty pallets of screed. Next time they call, it will be about the things you are actually needed for.
HOW IT WORKS
Sign in
You go to the store and pick the customer you want to order for from your list.
Get confirmation
The first time, you briefly confirm that the customer agrees and record how it was arranged — for example “by phone with Mr. Mustermann”. Every order after that skips this step.
Order
Fill the cart, check out, done. Depending on the customer, payment runs through the company card on file, on invoice, or an order with a payment request is created.
Sign out
The bar at the top of the screen shows you at all times who you are currently ordering for, and lets you sign out or switch straight to the next customer.
WHAT YOU DON'T SEE AND CAN'T DO
You have access to your customers, but not to your colleagues' and not to the store backend. Of a company card on file you only see the last four digits. You cannot change prices: the terms on file for the respective customer apply.
Every order is attributed to you. If questions come up later, it is traceable who took it.
