HOURLY RATE
I charge a flat rate of 100€ per hour for my engineering time. This is usually best because integrating older Mittelstand ERPs involves unknowns. Hourly billing means I take only the exact time required to build it properly, without over-engineering. You pay strictly for the hours worked.
FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT
If budget approval requires a fixed-price contract, I can provide one after a discovery phase. This shifts risk to me, so all fixed-price quotes include a 25% surcharge on top of the estimated total to cover unexpected legacy system quirks and technical debt.
