Plans, Trial and Billing

Plans, Trial and Billing

Billing runs entirely through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your subscription and any other apps, and we never see or handle your payment details.

The Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, beginning when you install the app. The full feature set for your plan is available during the trial — nothing is held back. If you uninstall before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you keep the app, the subscription begins when the trial expires. Fourteen days is enough to appoint an agent, run real orders through a rep for a week, and see the result in your admin. That is the test worth running.

The Plans

Basic covers the draft order flow: agents order in your storefront for the customers assigned to them, the order goes out as an invoice with a payment link, and every session is recorded. It works on every Shopify plan. Plus adds the Shopify Plus B2B capabilities: company and location selection, full B2B catalogs and prices at checkout, and payment using a card the company has on file. It requires a Shopify Plus store. Both plans include unlimited sales agents and the full consent record on every customer. Current prices are shown on the app's listing and in the app itself.

Annual Billing

Both plans can be paid annually instead of monthly, at a lower effective rate. If you already know this is part of how you sell, the annual option is the cheaper choice. You can switch between monthly and annual, and between plans, from the app at any time.

Changing or Cancelling

Change plans in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. To cancel, uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. There is no separate cancellation step and no notice period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. After uninstalling, your data stays where it always was: orders remain on your customers' accounts and consent records remain on their customer records in Shopify. Nothing of yours is held on our side to lose.

Invoices and VAT

Shopify issues the invoice and handles tax according to your store's billing details. Your app charges appear on the same invoice as your Shopify subscription, which you can download from your Shopify admin under Settings, then Billing. If you need a change to how the charge is invoiced or taxed, that is a Shopify billing matter rather than something we can adjust.
